Reception is open 24h and is in B&B Maison Bianca, Viale Belfiore numero 58.
Check-in is from 02.00 p.m
Check-out is at 10.30 a.m. By making your reservation through our official web site a late check-out at 12.00 p.m. is available.
The rates showed are per person or per room?
Rates showed in our web site are per person per day.
Do I have to pay a deposit at the moment of the reservation?
At the moment of the reservation we’ll ask you a guarantee, you’ll decide if you prefer to leave us your credit card details or if you prefer to make a bank transfer. The payment of the stay will be done at your arrival. You’ll pay in advance only choosing the prepaid and not refundable rate.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we do. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD e AMERICAN EXPRESS.
Do you have an internet connection?
Yes, you can. Wi-Fi connection is available and free of charge in all the B&B, you’ll find the password in your room.
Is there a deposit for bags?
Yes, we have a deposit for bags free of charge that will be at your disposal on the arrival and departure day.
Are you particular times to come back in the evening?
No!
Where can I park my car?
Our B&B is located in the historical center of Florence, for this reason we suggest you to reach us by train.
Around our hotel you will find numerous parking spaces for non-residents, otherwise you can park your car in our car park for the cost of 15 Euros per day.

City Tax of 6,00 Euros per person per day is not included in the room rate. It’ll be add at the total amount of the stay and will be paid in Cash at the arrival.
Are dogs/pets allowed?
We are sorry but dogs and other pets are not allowed in our B&B.
Can I smoke in the room?
We are sorry to inform you that all our rooms are No Smoking.
Does my 3 years old child pay for the stay?
Children under 3 years old sleep free of charge in the existing beds.
